By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any game published by CODE S GAMES (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The Game, including all artwork, graphics, characters, animations, music, sound effects, software, code, text, logos, trademarks, and other content, is owned by or licensed to CODE S GAMES and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

4. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases.

  • Purchases are processed by the applicable app store (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world monetary value.
  • Unless required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the platform through which the purchase was made.

5. Advertisements

The Game may display advertisements from third-party advertising providers.

CODE S GAMES is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party advertisements or websites accessed through advertisements.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use the Game for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  • Exploit bugs or glitches.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
  • Disrupt the normal operation of the Game.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or termination of access to the Game.

7. User Content

If the Game allows you to submit usernames, feedback, screenshots, or other content, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant CODE S GAMES a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Game.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

CODE S GAMES may release updates, patches, bug fixes, balance changes, or new features at any time.

Some updates may be required to continue using the Game.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Game without prior notice.

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging

Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Availability

We strive to provide a reliable gaming experience but do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODE S GAMES disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

We do not warrant that the Game will be free of bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CODE S GAMES shall not be liable for any:

  • Loss of virtual items

  • Device malfunction
  • Business interruption
  • Lost profits
  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages

arising from or related to your use of the Game.

Where applicable law limits the exclusion of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

CODE S GAMES reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Game or other users.

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
